How to file a takedown notice
Email editorial@crumblcookiemenus.us or write through Contact Us. Include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of your authorized agent).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact URL of the material on crumblcookiemenus.us so we can locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

What we do
On receiving a complete notice we will acknowledge it, remove or disable access to the material where warranted, and, where we can, notify the person responsible. We may forward a copy of your notice, including your contact details, to that person. Repeat infringers may be blocked.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice through Contact Us that includes your signature, the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your name, address, and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for your district. We may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please consider fair use before sending a notice.
